Georgia Boudoir Photographer: Men Have Toilets, Women Have Boudoir

Just for the record, I love my life and wouldn't trade places with Prince William's Kate at all.

Okay never-mind, I take that back... At 2:00 a.m. when I'm trying to get my beauty sleep and my 3 month old baby girl needs to eat is the ONLY time I would consider trading places with Kate. But it would still be fabulous to feel like royalty for a day, wouldn't it?!!

Toilets to scrub, mouths to feed, bottoms to wipe, bills to pay = NO FUN! Seriously, the responsibilities that ordinary wives have can be overwhelming. Multiply that stress by a thousand if you're a mom. I found out fast after having kids that it's tricky to find time to squeeze in even a super quick shower, and it's a "Hollywood" shower if I get to actually shave my legs.

We put ourselves last everyday because....well, simply because we are women. It's our nature to put everyone else's needs before our own. Women literally carry the weight of the world on our shoulders (the world would be extinct if it were up to men to take care of everyone), which is exactly why I think every woman deserves to step outside of the daily demands of life and be transformed into ROYALTY for a day.

Give a guy a man cave or a toilet and he feels like a king, but women need a little bit more of transformational experience to feel like royalty. That's why Augusta Boudoir Photography is so great! You not only get to be transformed and "rock it" during a high end "it's all about you" photo shoot, you get to preserve your super sexy self with a look book, a little black book or go all out with a timelessly elegant album.

A boudoir experience is a once in a lifetime experience for most of us. We really don't lay around in our lingerie everyday with glamorous hair and make-up and a great photographer on hand to capture all our beauty. So for one day, for one experience that we will literally treasure forever, step outside your comfort zone and rock it royally!

It is so true! We as women, need to take care of ourselves first, so we can take care of others! I love that last image, she is really beautiful!

Love that last image-- nothing wrong with dressing up for a gift for your man or to celebrate yourself

Well said, Sharon. Reading this post makes me want to take boudoir shots all over again. :) For any women reading this comment that are trying to decide if they'd like to take boudoir shots: DO IT. I had such a blast! You will not regret it, and Sharon is the most talented photographer I've ever met! I promise you will not be disappointed.
